Shipping Policy

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    • Some listings ship from Taiwan and others from Australia. Always check the product page for the item's shipping origin.
  2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

    • We offer standard tracked shipping services.
    • Delivery times vary based on destination, shipping origin, and the selected carrier.
    • Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, destination, and dispatch region.
  4. Tracking Information

    • When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch so you can monitor delivery progress.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility

    • Returns are generally limited because collectibles are condition-sensitive and inventory is often one-of-one.
  2. Return Process

    • If there is a problem with your order, email collect@cadiro.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include your order number, the issue, and clear photos if the concern relates to transit damage or fulfillment error.
  3. Return Shipping

    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error.
  4. Refunds

    • Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Card condition and sealed product condition can be subjective. Please review listing photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.
